Refunds
All sales are final. We will only replace orders that are inaccurate or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or your product seems to be defective please contact us at hello@blossonskinn.com
Damaged Products:
If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to hello@blossomskinn.com including your name, order/invoice number, and images of the damaged products.
Lost/Stolen Package:
If you have not received your packaged or it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim. Once the claim has been filed please update us with claim number and we will send out a replacement.
Products Not Working
The Blossom Skinn teams wants to be a part of your healthy skin journey. However, please understand we do not offer medicinal skincare and our products vary in results and ingredients so they are not "one size fits all." You should understand your skin and it's needs when looking for effective results before purchasing.
Adverse Reactions
If a reaction occurs, please contact your physician immediately. Once you have consulted a physician please contact us with your before and after picture at hello@blossomskinn.com.
Limitation of Liability
Blossom Skinn shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, interpretation or misinterpretation of product benefits or the performance of the products.
